how to share desktop on Ubuntu 11.10 and leopard 10.5.8

I have my desktop with Ubuntu 11.10 at work and i want to share this desktop with my laptop macbook air with leopard 10.5.8

on Ubuntu:

install VINO from Ubuntu software center

open it (it's on Applications/Internet)

check on sharing other users..

check on allow other users...

check on Require the user to enter this password

check on Show notification area icon ALWAYS

then I set the VINO at the startup of Ubuntu:

Applications/Other/Stuartup Applications

click on ADD and insert 

NAME: vino-server

COMMAND: /usr/lib/vino/vino-server

save and close it.

On leopard you find SCREEN SHARING in  /System/Library/CoreServicese

put it on the docking bar. When you start it it ask the IP or the hostname of the machine you need to connect, then it will ask the password you typed before and everything runs!
