delete an email address from auto complete mac

I usually do not repost solutions that are not found or tested from myself but this is an exception that needs to be mentioned.

I was having a bad time with an old email address not working properly (which caused me to loose emails or to receive them really late) and a friend had it in the auto complete of mac.

Finally here is the solution for the complete removal:
