how to sign in to your google account with a different mail address

I'm using a single collector of email for both my personal and my work addresses and it's a gmail one so that I can easily label the emails according to where they come from etc.

I was in need to access googledoc from a different email address and I discover that it's possible to use other email addresses to sign into your google account (of course you cannot use the same email for different addresses) doing the following :

login to your gmail account

then click on the account settings

edit email addresses adding the one you wish to login with:

and that's it.
